Sales and Returns Policy

We hope you will be satisfied with any product bought on the Buddhist Publishing Group website but know that sometimes you may want to return an item.

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt and obtain a full refund provided it is in its original condition and can be re-sold.

You can always return an item if it is faulty. If you change your mind when you have placed the order you may cancel it within seven days and obtain a refund.

If an item is faulty, or there has been an error on our part, we will refund the delivery charges incurred sending it to you and your cost of returning it to us. If the item is not faulty we are unable to refund these charges.
